Payment

brugskunstbydt.dk accepts payment with Danish VISA and MasterCard and MobilePay, on the webshop.

In the store we accept Danish VISA and MasterCard and MobilePay

brugskunstbydt.dk uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Card trading at brugskunstbydt.dk is free of charge for you.
(Note that fees may still apply for using card types issued outside the EU.

The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) We deduct the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

When paying with Paypal, Mobilepay, VISA and MasterCard, the purchase amount is reserved on your account until payment is made. Your card provider reserves the amount.

Expiry periods for reservations for the individual card issuers

Goods are delivered every weekday and Saturday. Your item will be delivered 1-7 business days after ordering.

Special delivery conditions apply to certain goods. The conditions will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.

Damaged content
We check all items before dispatch, you will always be contacted by an employee if the item is damaged or does not appear as new. after which errors and defects will be described on the products. Should your item be damaged during transport, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 5 days of receipt. Please save the damaged item, as well as all inside and outside packaging with the package label on, as pictures of this are used as documentation in the event of a compensation claim.

If you have bought goods on Brugskunstbydt.dk and want to give it away as a gift, remember to check the contents when you receive it.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given to dorte@brugskunstbydt.dk or tel. 20 87 20 82 or by using the standard cancellation form. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time. In that case, any shipping costs will be deducted from the amount returned to you.

Cancellation of part of the purchase If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note, you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

Return

You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging. Or the packaging it is sent in, we use recycled cardboard to protect the environment.

Due to their size and content, certain items cannot be returned by normal post. This applies, for example, to
For furniture and large items. The costs for return are expected to amount to a maximum of DKK 865.00

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:

Delivery of sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery,

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that you can only get a part or none of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not extra costs as a result of your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer).

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

You will no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received information about your decision to cancel this agreement. receive a refund of your money in your bank account. Therefore, you must provide your bank details in order to receive money back.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint.

There is a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months. From when you have received the item.

Your right of complaint applies to defects in the material and or manufacturing.

The right of complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the product repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have discovered any error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.

We will assess whether the complaint is justified, if it is justified, we will refund the shipping cost, however properly sent.
The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Remember to also get a receipt for sending, so that we can refund any shipping costs.
