Nimbus Rum Plum Sauternes Cask – 20% vol. – 700 ml

USE: Our plum rum works excellently with sweet desserts, preferably with chocolate, but also with strong & strong blue cheeses. Try it also as a small accompaniment to coffee.

SAUTERNES CASK // Sweet, soft & round dessert wine made with rum & cold-pressed plums. The dessert wine has been given a so-called finish in 100 liter Sauternes barrels that have been used to store the sweet wine, Sauternes. A dessert wine based on rum, with intense richness & sweetness from plums, notes of honey, raisin & vanilla from the Sauternes cask and sweetened with dark caramel.

+ 3 cl. Nimbus Plum Rum
+ ½ tsp. Cane sugar
+ 1 Handful of fresh mint leaves
+ 1 organic lime, cut into wedges
+ 2 dl. Ice cubes crushed
+ Danish water
