Gløgg is originally a stimulating Nordic winter drink. This variant is made with quince and spiced with orange, cardamom and cinnamon. Mix it with 1-2 bottles of white wine and add chopped almonds and Danish apples cut into small cubes for the perfect Christmas drink.
