Deer&Doe Gin & Tonic mulled wine with cherries and spices

Gin & Tonic mulled wine with gin, Chinese bark, cherries, orange, cinnamon, cloves, star anise & green cardamom – 12% vol.

A pre-mixed mulled wine on gin and cherries with an elegant and harmonious seasoning, where all the spices come into their own. This deep red variety is flavored with cherries and Christmas spices. We use cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom and star anise. The cherries give a balanced fruit flavor that harmonizes nicely with the gin.

CHRISTMAS SPICES: Gin mulled wine is seasoned with the classic Christmas spices, allspice, cinnamon, star anise & green cardamom. but also has sour notes of lemon & ginger

CHINA BARK: The mulled wine is seasoned with dried bark from the Cinchona tree. China bark contains the active substance quinine, which is used as a tonic and gives the classic bitter taste.

SERVING: Deer & Doe mulled wine is for all gin geeks who also love red wine mulled wine. Heat gently without boiling and serve with dried cranberries & a sprig of rosemary.

BARTENDER'S TIP: Can also be used for a Merry Cherry Christmas G&T: 2 cl citrus gin, 4 cl G&T mulled wine, 10 cl tonic poured with lots of ice cubes. Or a Deer & Doe Christmas Spritz: 3 parts sparkling wine or white wine, 2 parts G&T Gløgg and 1 part Danish water, served with ice cubes and an orange slice.
