The combination of the juniper-spiced gin, the strong ginger and the aromatic elderflowers gives a balanced sweet/sour cocktail with notes of gooseberry, rosemary & citrus.

PEARLFISHER is a ready-to-serve cocktail. Shake the bottle before use, as it contains fresh ginger. Enjoy ice cold - preferably with crushed ice cubes.
