A balanced cocktail with sour rhubarb, combined with delicate aromatic hibiscus, sweet & fresh citrus flavor from the lemongrass and small notes of licorice from star anise.

PEARLFISHER is a ready-to-serve cocktail. Shake the bottle before use, as it contains rhubarb which, due to the oxalic acid, gives a small white precipitate. Enjoy ice cold - preferably with crushed ice cubes.

TASTING NOTES: A balanced cocktail with tart rhubarb, combined with delicate aromatic hibiscus, sweet and fresh citrus flavor from the lemongrass and small notes of licorice from star anise.
